Meet The Founder

Brianna Mokrejs is the founder of The Pretty Room LLC. She is a wife, sister, daughter, designer, & most importantly a Christian trying to be a light in this world.

Bri Moke received her Bachelor of Science in Fashion/Apparel Design from Philadelphia + Thomas Jefferson University. She has fashion industry experience in both corporate and small businesses, giving her the skills to branch out on her own. She designs and hand-makes every item in this shop. While creating her wedding dress, she was inspired to make more impactful pieces that spark joy.

She incorporates vintage laces, bows, ruffles, pearls, embroidery, florals, and whatever else she can think of to encourage confidence anywhere you wear her garments. This life is a blessing, so dress like every day is a special occasion!

Our Brand

Why would a clothing brand be called The Pretty Room? Well, the aesthetic and identity of the brand are all inspired by a real “pretty room”.

Growing up, Bri was surrounded by strong women who inspired her to be driven and figure anything out. One of those women is her Grandmommy, Theresa Shields. At Grandmommy’s house, Brianna had two favorite rooms: The Pretty Room and The Sewing Room. They were next door to each other.

The Pretty Room was full of bows, ruffles, vintage pretty things, fairies, and florals, and was just a magical pink place! Brianna’s siblings, cousins, and herself would hang out amongst all the beautiful things while Grandmommy would be next door in the Sewing Room.

The Sewing Room had bolts of fabric everywhere, sewing machines from garage sales, pins and needles, rulers, sheers, and a million projects in the works…it was just as (if not more) beautiful as the Pretty Room! Wanting to be in that room with her Grandmommy is exactly where Brianna found her love for sewing and fashion design.

The Pretty Room LLC was named after the rooms that Brianna grew up admiring. Magical places for new ideas, beautiful things, wonder for all that she could accomplish if she put her mind to it, and reflection of the women who inspired her love for design in the first place.

Our goal is to learn what inspires our clients and design dresses, apparel, and accessories that bring their dreams to life!
